AI is everywhere in recruitment right now. Here's exactly where we use it, and where we don't.
We use AI to help write and test code, strictly under our direction. Every change is made at our request and reviewed by us before release. We deploy all new code ourselves; AI never releases anything customers use.
We don't use AI to screen candidates. Every application to Team Employment is read by a person, and we don't see that changing.
knowhash uses AI to help you prepare: drafting position descriptions, job ads and screening questions from what you tell it. It never scores, ranks or rejects candidates. When candidates respond, you read their answers and you decide.
