How it works
Open knowhash.com/role, type the job title and add a few notes about the role. A line or two is enough, or paste in the brief or job post you were sent. Press Build. Each product lights up as it's ready, and you can open it straight away. The whole build usually takes about a minute.
- Post: a social post for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X and WhatsApp, each the right length and tone. X and WhatsApp open with the text already filled in.
- Ad: a job ad shaped to your chosen board's form, laid out box by box in the order you'll paste it.
- Search: a search string for each CV database and for LinkedIn, written in that database's own syntax, with extra terms you can tap to add.
- Test: screening questions candidates answer online, with their answers sent to you.
- Spec: a position description ready to send to your client or hiring manager.
Tailored to where you hire
knowhash Role knows which job boards and CV databases matter where you're hiring. A role in Australia gets SEEK, a role in India gets Naukri, and the UK and Ireland, the US and Canada, New Zealand, South-East Asia, the Gulf and Egypt each get their own. Roles in Brazil and Portugal are written in Portuguese, and roles in Spanish-speaking Latin America in Spanish.
