knowhash Role, now inside Recruit

Earlier this week we launched knowhash Role: describe a role in your own words, and it drafts a position description, a job ad and a short set of candidate questions. Today it moves into knowhash Recruit, right next to your candidates.

Every role gets its own page

In Recruit, what used to be called Opportunities are now simply Roles, and each one can have a role page. Create a role, tick "Also create its role page", and it opens ready for your notes. From there you draft the position description, an ad for each job board you use (LinkedIn, Indeed, Seek or general), and the questions you'd like candidates to answer before interview.

Recruit gives you up to 5 active role pages, plenty of drafts on each, and when you finish with a role, deleting it frees the space for the next one.

The right link, in every message

This is the part I use most. Pick the role you're working on in the panel, and your templates fill in its links by themselves: the candidate questions, the position description, the job ad. One "Skills Test Link" template now works for every role you'll ever run. Switch roles, and the same template produces the new role's links.

The candidate's name, the role and its link, filled in for you.

And it's not just for candidates. I've built a template that sends a client the position description, the ad and the questions in one message, for a role I'd taken the brief for that same morning.

Still you deciding

As ever, AI drafts and you decide. It never scores, ranks or rejects anyone: candidates' answers come to you, and you read them. The full detail of how we use AI is at knowhash.com/ai.
